Supplies needed:
Stamptivity image
Strips of desired patterned paper
VersaMarker
White embossing powder
Heating tool
Vellum
Black ink pad
Adhesive
Instructions:
1. Cut the strips of patterned paper to be varying sizes.
2. Write one letter on the bottom of each strip using the VersaMarker. Sprinkle the letter with white embossing powder and heat set the powder. Set letters aside.
3. Stamp the image onto vellum using black ink. If using pigment ink, heat set the ink so that it will dry completely. Cut around the image as desired. Attach the vellum using clear drying adhesive (Elmer's Acid Free Craft Bond for Paper and Fabric was used here).
4. Attach the strips of paper to form the title. Curl the top of each strip as shown.
