Hi everyone!! Happy Saturday! I hope your weekend is off to a great start. I think our weekend is going to be a super lazy one. My hubby had his first week back to class and he is already complaining about having to hike across campus. (If you are not familiar with University of TN, Knoxville, the science/math area of the campus is basically one giant hill, and the buildings are sprawled out across the hill. If you have classes over there, you hike LOL). I plan on doing lots of coloring and crafting this weekend.
Today's project is another new TGF project:
I created this Simply Anya card:
I wanted to make Simply Anya look super fabulous, so I added some eyeshadow, cute little pink lips, and big blingy earrings.
I used the following Copics from iCopic.com:
- For the hair: E31, E33, E35
- For the skin: E000, E00, E21
- For the clothing: BG10, BG11, BG15, BG18
- For the earrings: RV06 (I just colored some plain adhesive rhinetones)
I used this patterned paper from My Mind's Eye as the start of my sentiment and then continued the sentiment on a banner. I added a little Washi tape behind the banner for a little more dimension. Then to finish off the card, I used this old crinkly ribbon I had in my stash.

Samantha, this is an adorable card! I love the eye shadow and earrings. Why don't I ever think to do that??!! LOL Great job girl. Also...is your dog in a ziplock bag?? or in the dog food bag?? I swear it looks like a ziplock!! LOL

ReplyDeleteToo cute! I love the glammed up makeup and bling for earrings. Your card is so pretty with the ribbon and I like the way you used the sentiment on the paper and added to it with the banner. Very clever!
