Oh, Edward! Card

Ok, so last night was the wonderful The Greeting Farm Customer Chit Chat night. The theme last night was BOOKS, favorite books, books turned into movies, etc.

So I chose the obvious. . .


TWILIGHT!
This is my little Edward guy from The Greeting Farm. I colored him in & actually had a problem with him.  I made his skin too dark originally. He is a pale vampire after all. So I redid just his skin and paper pieced the two colored images together.

 I even made him all sparkly with some Sparkle Sheer Shimmer Spritz spray. You can't really tell in the photos.

The sentiment & surrounding accent (swirly doo) is from the new SP and Company Swirly Doo Valentine's Stamp Set .

I stamped the frame part in Real Red ink to give it a tone on tone look. The words were stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink Pad .

To finish off the card, I rounded the bottom corners with the EK Success Large Corner Rounder, added a heart brad, and some big striped ribbon (Riding Hood Red from Stampin' UP).

I colored in this adorable Edward with the following Copics from iCopic.com:
  • For the skin: E40, E41
  • For his hair: E23, E27, E29
  • For his shirt: R29, R37, R39, R46
  • For his pants: C0, C5, C6, C9
  • For his eyes: R29
  • For his undershirt and shoes: C9
