Tutorial Tuesday: Cupcake Toppers/Flags

Hi all! Today is my first Tutorial Tuesday for 2013. I am excited because I also included a sneaky peek in with this project. Watch closely because you will get to see almost the FULL Happy Banners stamp set in this video :)

For this tutorial, I wanted to share how I made the little flag/banner that I used on my Sand Dogs layout I posted recently. Then I shared how to create some flag shapes of your own to go on your scrapbook pages, greeting cards, or you could even use them as cupcake toppers! They are just super cute and very easy to make. They add a little dimension to your paper projects. I just love these little things!
